Good morning, In this issue of Archer’s 2021 Newsletter, my commentary briefly looks back over the last six months and highlights the wonderful achievements made by the Company.

Archer recently completed the sale of two Eyre Peninsula tenements to NextGen Materials and is in the process of working through the conditional sale of all remaining Company tenements to iTech Minerals Pty Ltd. The sale of the tenements to NextGen and iTech will allow Archer to be purely technology focussed.

Since the beginning of the year, we have methodically, and strategically advanced Archer’s commercialisation plans by:

  • Signing a new quantum computing agreement with IBM
  • Granting of the first patent for the 12CQ quantum computing chip in Japan
  • Expanding Archer’s access to institutional deep tech infrastructure, and its chip testing and semiconductor fabrication capabilities
  • Achieving significant milestones in our world-first 12CQ chip development, including demonstrating electronic transport in a single qubit
  • Collaborating with world-leading organisations in AI and Defence focussing on quantum computing
  • Growing the Archer team with exceptional talent in nanotechnology, quantum physics, biology, chemistry, semiconductor nanofabrication, and quantum algorithms

I am looking forward to an exciting six months ahead as we progress with:

  • International prosecution of patent applications in the US, Europe, China, and South Korea
  • Breakthrough technology development in our 12CQ quantum computing chip and biochip technology
  • Collaborative partnerships to develop our processor devices, algorithms, applications, and business use cases
  • Archer’s inclusion in the S&P/ASX All Technology Index (ASX: XTX)

Sincerely,

Dr Mohammad Choucair, FRACI FRSN GAICD
Chief Executive Officer
Archer Materials Limited (ASX:AXE)
